The wife wanted one and she wanted one that would fold up when not being used.
Got it for under $500 at WalMart and it shipped for free in 2 days.
Easy to assemble and not too hard to fold out for use. The power chord plugs in to the front of the machine, so that's a little awkward.
Overall, seems decent for the low price. I rowed for 12 minutes last night. I had the resistance set too high and it whooped my arse.
Should be a nice addition to the home gym. The wife has already used it twice and both kids once so it's at least seeing some early action.

Hopefully she sticks with it, and it doesn't become a $500 clothes hanger.

That's what our treadmill turned in to.

This is why I ultimately purchased a damn Tonal. I personally could not stick with a single focused style piece of equipment. I know some people can, I just can't. I've owned a Peloton, Concept 2 SkiErg and rower, treadmill, etc.
I start hard then fizzle out. My only mainstay has been my free weights and gym setup.

That’s what all treadmills turn into.

I do think a rowing machine and a stationary bike are by far the best single exercise cardio machines you can have, though. I’d have both were I to ever be able to build a home gym.

I’ve had the same one for about 2 months. For $500 it seems like a no brainer.
