I've been meal prepping my lunches and snacks for the week, but am looking for some breakfast meal prep options.

Found that book for free on Reddit. Would have shot myself if I paid $100 for that dog shite book.

Pre-cook breakfast sausage for the week. Microwave it in the morning, top with cheese & avocado, cook 3 eggs and put those on top. Hot sauce. BAM!

My favorite would be getting the tube of Owens breakfast seasoned ground meat (0 carbs) and browning it in a skillet, then cracking a dozen eggs (7.2 carbs) into the skillet and mixing it in with the meat. Then once that is done, I sprinkle shredded mexican blend cheese in with it, and diced pickled jalopenos. I make 6 small tupperwares with that concoction, and either eat it by itself, or on a low car tortilla (4 carbs). Without the tortilla, its about 2 carbs total, with the tortilla, its about 6 carbs total.

3 scrambled eggs, cheese and a couple slices of canadian bacon. I put them in small Tupperware containers that I take to work and eat once I get to the shop.

Meal 1
Frozen diced hash browns
Diced sausage (I use Verons)
Scrambled eggs
Mix everything up in a bowl

Meal 2. Burrito
Scrambled eggs
A slice or two of ham
Slice of cheese
Tortilla of your choice

Meal 3. Homemade biscuit
Fried egg
Slice or two of ham or bacon (I've used real bacon and turkey bacon)
Slice of cheese

All of these will keep well in the freezer. They should be taken out to thaw in advance, especially the burrito. They don't microwave well if they are still frozen. I usually take one of these 3 meals out the night before and put in the fridge.
