I’m at a point where I’m eating 2 a day usually between meals and it isn’t currently cost efficient. Protein bars used to cost about $1.25 per bar for a pack of 5-6. Current inflation being out of control has the same bars at or around $1.75 per bar. I was getting the ones I like at HEB while regular grocery shopping.
I need online options or stores to purchase in bulk due to the amount I go through.
Suggestions welcomed

Eat regular food, it's better for you anyway than all that fake sugar shite in protein bars

Amazon has FITCRUNCH bars for about 1.40 a bar, Costco for about 1.20. To me, they are the best tasting by a stretch (peanut butter only).

Yeah was thinking how that may work right now with it being so hot out and ordering from Amazon. My luck I’ll order 50-60 bars and they will all be melted together.

Buy extremely cheap shitty meat and get a dehydrator and make beef jerky. Lasts forever, tastes good if you marinate it, and you get lots of protein for much cheaper without all the bullshite in the bars

Make your own. Healthier, cheaper, and way better than store bought

Buy protein shakes instead. Less sugar and more protein.

That recipe lasts me the about 5/6 days. I make it every Sunday and also toss in chia seeds, cranberries, flax seed, and sunflower seeds. Toss all that shite into a kitchenaid and then toss in the freezer. Incredibly good

I usually shoot for OneBars since they have lower sugar. And can buy them in bulk at GNC or on Amazon. They’ve worked great as a meal replacement for me when I’m on the run.
