I saw a guy who lost a ton of weight was using this app and downloaded it for myself. So far, I really like the program, easy to use. It is not super accurate but gives me a calorie allowance based on my sex, age, height, weight.
It allowed me to set a goal weight and told me how long it would take to get there. The best part about the app is it allows me to take a picture of the food im eating and calculates the calories for me.
My favorite thing about the app is that I can tell myself, I don't have to eat those calories today but I can eat them tomorrow. Keeps me from over eating and encourages good behavior. I've started drinking black coffee and cut caffeine consumption way down.
Overall, I've been going on a week and have been happy with the results. I just wanted to see if anyone else used the application and what they think?

Although I feel pretty confident calorie tracking by sight now that I’ve been at it a while, I’ve been noodling around in the app after seeing your post. It’s pretty user friendly and not too cost prohibitive if you’re serious about calorie tracking. The obvious draw that differentiates from most other trackers is the ability to scan the barcode, label, or image of the food and having the macros update automatically.
