Clicking larynx?

Has anyone had or heard of this?
When I swallow, I hear a clicking sound. And when I move my larynx from side to side, it’s the same.
No trouble breathing, or voice changes.
Any thoughts?

I hear clicking when I swallow, but I'm pretty sure that's caused be pressure changes being transferred out of my eustachian tubes, I do not hear any clicking when I jiggle my larynx around.
Are you moving your larynx with your fingers/hand? It's probably nothing serious. I don't think the clicking when you swallow is abnormal at all, but the second thing you mention does "sound" concerning.

Yes I can move the larynx a bit and it clicks when I do it. Couldn’t tell you if that is “normal” for me having never tried it until clicking when swallowing.
Everything I’ve read is that it’s rare but all over the place with underlying reasons.
