Dry sauna and electronics (headphones and watches)

Thinking about doing some more dry sauna sessions at the gym. It's boring enough as it is to sit there wait for time to pass. Is it safe for most electronics that include Airpods and Garmins for at least 15 minutes? If not, what things do you all recommend to help pass the time?

Works fine for mine.

i’ve got an infrared at the house situated in front of a tv so I usually just put a show on or listen to music. I use it with my garmin for 30 minutes everyday and never had a problem. Don’t use headphones personally but have gone in with iphone. If it gets too hot it’ll give you an alert

The heat will drain the battery faster and seems to ruin the mic on Airpods. First Gen AirPods hold up better than the Pros.

i do it 5x a week no issues. Sometimes my phone will overheat so I recommend wrapping it a towel. fyi i do 20 minutes in 160 degrees.

It wouldn’t kill you; actually would probably benefit you mentally, to be able to sit in silence for 15 minutes
