Just accepted a new job that will require me to be at work around 5:30 or 6:00 every morning. I really like working out to start my day when possible.
What are some examples of some post-workout options for breakfast that do not require any cooking other than maybe a microwave that are relatively healthy?
Eta: I really don't want to drink a protein shake for breakfast every single morning, but if that's the only option then I guess that'll have to do.
Inb4: food board, health/fitness board, figured I would get more answers from the OT

I like egg whites or hard boiled eggs with turkey sausage. If you can’t cook, though, I recommend these:

Just don't eat breakfast. No need and is good for hormone and insulin spikes

A protein drink made with skim milk. You can drink it in the car on way to work.

I like hot meals, so I usually keep a bunch of these in the cabinet. Cost about a buck and a half each and they all taste great:
Quaker Real Medleys

My daughter cooks scrambled Eva’s with ham in the microwave. Do that and then wrap in a tortilla??

Turkey meatballs. Make on Sunday, freeze and will last the week. 60 seconds in the microwave and you’re good to go.

Get a Rollie. They make an egg on a stick in 2 minutes.

I buy these when I know I have to go in early. Pour the egg in and microwave for less than a minute then add the cheese/sausage mix for another :30 seconds. Healthy, meh, but a quick no cook method. Enough protein in it to keep me full until lunch

Those jimmy dean egg scrambles or whatever they are called are good. Low carb. Microwaveable. In the cups near the bacon.
