Anyone use the fitbod app for weightlifting exercises?
I just joined a gym and I like the app b/c it moves me around the gym to try new things, alternates muscle groups etc.
Only gripe I have is the weight recommendations are real light on a lot of the exercises even the though the app is supposed to “learn” me.
Anyone use the app had similar experience know if it improves with time or if there’s a setting I can change?

i dont know anything about the app but i wouldnt worry about it being too light the first time, just add weight the next time you do the lift. If you keep doing that progressive overload you will get stronger.
