$99. 100+ pages. Is it worth it?

$100 for an ebook of recipes seems kinda ridiculous to me

Me and a buddy split the cost. I haven’t used it yet due to laziness but some of the recipes seem solid.
Definitely a bodybuilders cookbook though. Lots of special low calorie ingredients that you’ll have to substitute or buy online
If you like to cook and don’t mind putting in an amazon order in for his exact ingredients it would be hard to beat. Especially if you’re someone that has a big appetite and likes a lot of food volume

I watch his YT content and have gathered enough recipes to make a good dent in my diet with. I do think there's only so many ways to say "replace this ingredient with lower calorie ingredient", and once you've done a few recipes you'll see it's the same ingredients always being replaced... I'm sure I will eventually throw him $100 just to grab it and check it out, but as of right now I'm good with the info he's given away for free.

Check out Remington James YT channel as well, has his own cookbook that updates as he makes new recipes. If you watch his videos though he makes the recipes before they go in the book so it’s free essentially.

Agree. Hate that he feels the need to present himself as a fratted out douchenozzle, but he's got great recipes for free.
