Is Muscle Egg worth the $$ or good?

I usually drink liquid egg whites in the morning. It’s not that I can’t stand them, but they definitely aren’t enjoyable to drink. I do it because it’s a quick and easy way to get some good protein in the morning.

Never tried Muscle Egg, but thinking about trying it for Cyber Monday. Says it is normally priced at $75 for two gallons but can get 2 gallons for $50 today. Don’t know if that’s true or one of the “always running” type of deals.

Anyway, it’s definitely more expensive and the flavored varieties also come with some sugar depending on the flavor (although minimal either way). But if it actually tastes good, that’s more than worth it to me. Any one a fan or have tried it?

Forgot all about this stuff and yeah I tried some a few years ago now. I remember it being good but expensive and took up a lot of fridge space!

Protein powder is more expensive than egg whites probably, but if you're going to pay $25 a gallon for this stuff, why not just have a protein shake instead? Sounds way more enjoyable than slamming egg whites.

You may have a perfectly good reason, I'm asking.

I don’t know if this is a good reason or not, but I already have a double scoop of whey in my postworkout shake. That’s about 50 grams out of around my 200 daily goal.

I don’t know how much it matters but I’ve always been under the impression that I shouldn't get too much of my protein from synthetic sources.

Good but hard to justify the price imo
