Looking for a good men’s multivitamin

Any recommendations? I was deficient on a few things and my primary recommended getting on a men’s multivitamin.
I’ve tried to get on multivitamins before, but they always upset my stomach. I’d prefer something that is lighter on my stomach.

Just eat vegetables & fruit full of micronutrients.

Any multi-vitamin will help.
What are you deficient in specifically? Common for men my age is Vitamin D and iodine. For that I take a once weekly Vitamin D and I take a kelp supplement daily. But I also take a multi vitamin daily. It’s probably literally pissing money away but it doesn’t hurt my stomach. I take One A Day Men’s Multi.

Maybe be specific? Whatever you're deficient in, take a supplement for that. Any multivitamin should do.
I take a daily multivitamin and a fish oil tablet that has vitamin D added.

I’ve been taking this for the last couple of years. No clue if it’s doing anything tbh, but it goes down easy, and it doesn’t upset my stomach at all.

Get this instead, tastes great and makes you have great BM’s. Multivitamins are bullshite.

It’s powdered vegetables.

It’s mostly dried grass. Have you looked at the ingredients? And tell me how it energizes and detoxifies you?
I admitted I’m probably pissing my money away. But at least it isn’t costing me a gym membership every month. $40 for 25 servings?
