Morning meal replacement shakes that blend well with coffee & milk

I'm not going to have the time to cook myself breakfast as option with my new work and workout schedule in the mornings, so I'm looking for something that can be a meal replacement for most of the day while being able to snack in the later half of the day. Right now I've got some collagen powder I'm working on that goes with my 2 shot espresso and 8 oz of milk, but I'm wondering if there are any other options out there.
I do a good bit of running so ideally, if that changes anything. I'd also want to avoid anything with artificial/excess sugar since I'm trying to cut that out as much as I can.

Mix a Fairlife or Core Power shake with either espresso or cold brew concentrate and lose the milk. Super tasty and creamy (vanilla or chocolate).
150-170 calories and 26-30g protein, caffeine, tastes amazing

Making a Costco trip today so that will likely be the move. I think they just have Core Power/Muscle Milk at Costco.

If you double the servings, a Jocko protein powder (Molk) could work. My kids love the "Vanilla Milkshake," and the Cookies and Cream actually have bits of crunchy cookie in them. I hit a yogurt before the gym, and a double batch of Molk in unsweetened vanilla almond milk after.

why not just skip breakfast?

Besides just protein powder added to milk, I regularly blend a smoothie for a replacement meal.
Some frozen berries maybe bananas, fair life milk protein powder, spinach and maybe some oats add ice and blend.
Haven’t calculated macros but can be tweaked as needed and to taste and takes just a couple of mins.

Because if I run close to 8 miles I'm going to be starving

I think youd be surprised how not hungry you are. I definitely understand everyone is different, but exercise always staves off hunger for me
*unless you are running before breakfast

If I'm running in the A&M, I'm having Mio and 32oz of water before I go on my run. That's it.
So yes, I will be starving in that time.

I’d just skip breakfast and ditch the expresso and get a quality pre workout drink it 20-30 mins before morning workout then have a shake immediately upon getting home. You can add stuff to the shake if you think 50 grams of protein isn’t enough.

Same here. It takes me a while before I can eat after a run.

How early are you talking? I run before eating anything, I just drink some water. But I'm only running for 30 minutes and I am done before 6. If I woke up at 6, that's a little harder, and any later I would be too hungry to run.

Bananas go surprisingly well with coffee
I don't know what you're trying to accomplish macro wise but maybe a banana, and some almond butter would round it out to make it more filling. And the banana would give you enough sweetness to where you wouldn't need the artificial sweeteners
