So I currently take 100 test cyp a week via IM injections. I was on Xyosted but insurance stopped covering it.

My primary care, (and most other doctors around here) are really shitty since Covid. All telemed, but they don’t answer the phone. They also don’t run tests that check levels of everything else (just free test).

I was half tempted of just switching to something like Peak that specialities kn doing just TRT as it looks like they are testing estrogen and other markers that will help dial things in . Anyone have experience with companies like this?

I've seen a few trt posts here but you're probably better off looking at reddit.

I don't use them personally, but Defy Medical is the one that gets mentioned/recommended the most on all of the TRT forums I read. Elevate is one I've spoken to in the past and like their approach. The last two are a couple others we've looked into for my wife because they treat men and women (so does Defy).

I use Defy Medical. Had a full panel along with thyroid when I first started up. Just got a checkup at 3 months and will get regular blood work done every 6 months from here on.

It’s not covered by insurance and it was a little pricey getting started but I’m completely satisfied. The service and communication I’ve received from these guys has been phenomenal.

They got me on 80mg test cyp 2x weekly, 500iu HCG 2x weekly, 0.125mg Anastrozole 2x weekly.

Define "little pricey" as the most common pricing I have seen appears to be $99 (looks like most have gone up to $120) a month plus the medication.

From the sounds of things though the quality of care is amazing so it is probably worth the price.

There’s no monthly subscription. It’s all pay for service.

The full Test panel itself is going to be about $250, the full thyroid panel (optional) is another $250.

To speak to a doctor for review of your blood panel it’s $250. After you talk to a doc for the initial consult you can speak to a nurse thereafter or $90. First review is 3 months and thereafter it’s every 6 months.

The prescription itself,
$48 for 6000iu of HCG
$1.58 pill for 0.125mg anastrozole
$129 test cyp 200mg -10ml bottle
