Recovering from long COVID- no appetite

Got Covid 17 days ago and I’m still very tired and muscle achy and I haven’t had an appetite. I’ve lost 12 lbs and I get full after about 8-10 bites. My TDEE was 3k and I bet I haven’t gone over 1800 since I’ve gotten it.
It’s so frustrating. My stomach has just felt uneasy for 3 weeks and I have a lot of burps.
Anyone deal with this? I know probiotics are a hot button but I’m just wondering if there’s anything I can take to reset my gut

That just sounds like regular Covid. Multiple weeks of it is pretty normal for some.
Hard to eat fiber-rich prebiotic or fermented foods when you have no appetite. I’ve used a prebiotic mix called FiberMend by Thorne, though I can’t truly attest to it working or not, it does have several types of fiber to balance microbiome and it goes down easy. There are probably other similar products out there. Probiotics probably help, but I’m not certain of it

I only had Covid 19 but give it a bit longer than a few days before you dive into the "long covid" deep end of the internet.

No appetite?
People usually have to pay for that.

That's just regular Covid.
Long Covid is a months long thing.
Back when I had Covid, I had no appetite for like a week and a half and then just woke up one morning hungry as a horse. Appetite returned pretty much overnight.

There is no such thing as ‘long’ COVID.
