Just ordered some mudwater online and gonna try to replace my coffee with it. The comedown from coffee isnt horrible but its something I'd l ike to get rid of if possible. Anyone tried this stuff?

I made this switch for new years just to try something different and to make sure that I could quit coffee if I wanted (felt like an addict needing my morning coffee). For me mudwtr has been more mellow but with longer sustained alertness. Nothing special so far, I’ll probably give it another month or two then maybe go back to coffee.

Why do you want to get rid of coffee? I'd say the majority of Americans get a lot of their antioxidants from coffee.

Mushroom drink? I hate mushroom’s which is why this sounds horrible. How does it taste?

I'm curious about this stuff too

I'm looking for something else to drink at night, they have "rest" versions of Mudwater and other mushroom blends or hop tea. Trying to find a non-water, non-calorie, non-caffeinated drink to enjoy at night to replace a beer.

There are coffees with cordyceps as well. Laird and Bulletproof are 2 that I have had and like.

Do you drink coffee first thing in the morning? I've changed my routine up recently and I don't have a cup of coffee until about 2 or 3 hours after I've already started moving around. It has been a game changer. One cup of 8 oz coffee has carried me through most of the day. If I'm dragging in the afternoon I'll have a cup of team black/green which has less caffeine than coffee but enough to get me back at it. I should also mention that I've started working out in the morning which may be part of the benefit of not needed coffee until later in the morning.

I would say within the hour of waking up I have my first cup. You are doing it right though. You really should just drink water and wait at least 2 hours before eating or adding stimulants. I am a tea drinker in the afternoon. Green tea specifically is about 25mg of caffeine per serving.

I've worked hard to get off energy drinks which I am in a good spot now. My sleep has improved immensely.

I tried it. It was ok, wasn’t quite enough energy for me but I like to feel energized. I’ll still drink it from time to time.

The nighttime stuff gave me weird dreams.
