Anyone have a link to some good replacement exercises for resistance bands? Hopefully a chart or something that I can download and print. I have a set and never really used them. I normally do the regular exercises with free weights at the gym. I figured I better break them out since the gym is closed for who knows how long.

TIA

You can pretty much do anything you did with free weights with the resistance bands.

I was actually thinking about starting a thread on this same topic. I've been having some damn good (and challenging) workouts with bands.

Here are some of the better YouTube videos I've come across focusing on resistance band workouts:

John Meadows (mountain dog)
legs
Push workout
Pull workout

James Grage
shoulders
chest
arms
legs

Jewett
legs

Athlean-X (jeff Cavaliere)

Just start modest and warm up well. I like to lift heavy weights and have never had a shoulder injury or shoulder problems, but the resistance bands really annoy my rotator cuff. No pain, just be aware that all the eccentric resistance will be a little different until you get use to it.

Good advice. Start light and don't try to lift heavy too soon with them. The constant tension and the associated strength curve is much different than free weights or even cables

What bands do you guys use that have been effective? New to this and since I'm locked up in the house, I'm interested in getting some.

Pretty much any of the 41" "pull-up assistance” style bands made out of 100% latex rubber. You can usually get the best value by buying packs or kits of them with various sizes

Amazon used to have a ton of options, but the pickings have been VERY slim on amazon

Here are a few sources:
