Running - Nipple Irritation

Any suggestions on what to use to prevent nipple irritation while running when band aids wont work bc of excessive sweating? I've tried regular band aids and some kind of circular band aid type thing that was supposed to be designed for runners but because I sweat so much they fall off.

Shirtless until below freezing. I have the same issue. If I sweat my nipples rub.

Same, shirtless until below freezing.
Below freezing, I just wear a standard Patagonia wicking style running shirt. Have gone a 50k without irritation.

I use nip guards. Wool shirts seem to be a little softer on my nips. Chronic hard nipples here. Like, all the time. Patagonia Capilene merino.

I used to use Vaseline when I was doing a long run.

Body Glide. You can rub it on all your areas that are prone to chafing. It rubs on like deodorant. Works great for me when I go on long runs.

Band aids. Cut the cotton portion out and put the sticky side over your nipples. That’s what I would do until I found out that brown surgical tape worked even better.

Cut out nipple holes in all of your shirts. That is dress shirts too so you get used to the feel.
