I have a small peen but I’m perfectly content with it.

I once had a max run of 6 miles. Went for a run with a group that was doing an 8 miler with a few people going 11 afterwards. At 8 miles, I thought I was dead and done. My friend convinced me to finish the 11.

Which I did thus giving me the confidence to train for a full marathon.

You’ll be fine adding 20 minutes. Just stay mentally strong and run slow.

58 something, ran it all.

Actually ran a little bit faster, not much, to keep pace with what I hoped were 10 min/mile runners.

I was done at the end though, thank God the finish line was right after that last turn
