Based on a quick search of the forum, it appears several people here have had issues with the SI Joint, but the updates are a little old so I'm interested to see if anyone has more recent experiences or updates.
I'm in the midst of what I believe to be SI issues now. Waiting on the MRI, but its gotten so bad that sneezing basically cripples me. Has anyone had success with physical therapy? Injections? Just looking for success stories to make me feel better about possibly not having to live with this for the rest of my life.

Dealing now with sciatica which seems to be stemming from SI joint. Seeing a really good chiropractor. Took x rays and he started
me on physical therapy… exercises ( bird dog, stretch bands, bridges, tilts, etc..) dry needling, cupping, p wave, and tens unit. He does a few mild adjustments on my very lower back only. No adjustments anywhere else like neck, shoulders, upper back).
So far so good.
I have a tens unit at home also which really helps.
