Shoot an egg with open sites at 300 yards.

Now I can’t gd read.

Yeah yeah. Just a short rant. Beats dying. Love you guys.

Maybe I can get a pot script out if this. Bang some hippie chicks.

If they’re ugly who cares. I can’t fricking see them.

My dad had vision-correcting surgery when he was 70. He now says he wished he would’ve done it decades earlier. He loves it so much now my mom is doing it.

You’re only as old as the woman you feel.

Same here brother. My vision was great all the way into mid forties and then one day I couldn't read shite without a pair of readers.

Same deal for me. But it’s mostly just up close tiny arse letters that I have problems with.

That’s the deal.

I can see fine far away. It's up close that I need glasses.

I started noticing it in my early 20s. Only needed glasses for reading textbooks and working on a computer screen. Turned 43 last year, and my prescription had changed a good bit since my last appointment several years back. Doc said there are usually a couple of different time periods when there are changes in vision, and I probably hit the second one being 35-45. Now I catch myself making sure I grab my glasses or my prescription sunglasses if I'm going anywhere. I went to a program at my oldest kids school last night, and they handed out a program and I could barely read the list of names in it.

I’m a decently strong guy for a man in his 40s not on TRT yet. I pulled a muscle in my neck picking a water bottle yesterday that has me nearly incapacitated. Getting old sucks!

I pulled one several years ago picking up a sock off the floor. I was convinced I had a blown disc based on the pain level. Went to the doctor who said "nope, routine pulled muscle"

I said "no way doc, I've had pulled muscles before and this is worse"

he said "yeah but you're over 50 now"

"frick off doc" and I know him well enough that he laughed

But yeah, getting older ain't for sissies - keep moving so you CAN keep moving

If I never put on readers, I’ll never need them.

I’m sticking with that mantra as long as I can.

Same here. 47 and I just noticed after about 6" close it gets blurry. Still eagle eyed from far.
