What is the water retention per 1 gram of a carb and does your body retain that water?

Yes you’ll retain water. Carbs = Glucose which is converted to glycogen. For every gram of glycogen, your body will hang onto 3 grams of water. This is why you see the scale move so fast when doing keto or carnivore.

Sunny I think it’s time to focus more on not screwing dudes on the rig than water retainment
