Trying to get some lunch inspiration from the Health board. I've been doing meal prepping for about a year for lunches (kinda tapered off last few weeks).

Just looking for some of y'all top 1-3 go to meals. I'm aiming for low(er) carb, not necessarily full keto, but being mindful of eliminating most simple carbs.

I’m on the road in sales every day so I spend about $100 to $135 a week for lunch trying to eat decent. Mainly salads or a chicken and veggie meal.

2lb Ground beef. Taco seasoning. Diced onion. ~ 1/2lb for lunch. Mix it up by changing the seasoning to Ras el Hanout for a middle eastern taste (add some frozen peas.) Provides for five days of lunches.

Please elaborate. Do you throw it all in the pan together, then drizzle with honey when done?

Stealth health meals. On sundays I make a bunch of burritos, pastas, chicken fried rice. Meals are all around 500-600 cals, 40-50 grams of protein. Recipes use a lot of ground beef, chicken thigh

Ground your beef first and then put your portion in your bowl. Then melt butter and put sliced banana in butter and cook (this won’t take long). Then put banana on top of the beef and drizzle with honey. Very simple recipe.

I have a hard enough time making ground beef fit my macros (probably because I eat eggs every morning). No way I could put butter on it

I’ve seen this a few times on the Tok. Seems like a wildly weird combo to put banana on beef. Is it really that good?

It’s not bad at all. It’s very satiating for a healthy, quick meal. Especially if you’re looking to lean up.

I certainly wouldn’t prefer it over a ribeye though lol.

I eat one of these every day for lunch… remarkably filling, low calorie.. add some extra cheese for flavor and protein

This weeks meals, all prepared at home:
Grilled mahi and sauteed broccoli topped with lemon vinaigrette.
Grilled chicken in a pita with yogurt sauce, tomatoes, cucumber, and greens.
Stir fry with ground turkey, green beans, and spinach over brown rice.

I feel your pain with getting stuck in the same rotation. I, too, am always looking for new ideas for quick recipes. Good luck.

Stealth Health, Exercise for cheat meals (e4cm) or other recipes on youtube.

A couple very low calorie sauces have made cutting alot easier.

The most filling meal I've found is lean ground meat with taco seasoning. Low fat cheese and some guac over a low carb tortilla. Throw some homemade low cal chipotle sauce (10 calories), and I've got a burrito that runs ~ 400 calories with 40 grams of protein. Tastes great, solid macros, fills me up 10/10
