Thanks in advance.
Edit; I have one price on a kit already just looking for more than one or two quotes. Also this will be an elevated structure with an open first floor mezzanine with 20’ spans. Second floor fleshed out for living space.
Edit II; French Settlement, southern most part of Livingston Parish up the Amite river from lake Maurepas.

I dont have an answer, but are you looking for someone to do this turn key, or just built out the metal portion, then you complete yourself?
If you are looking for turn key you have have to work with 2 different contractors, 1 for building and slab and 1 for interior,
I have been working on something similar my self, i just want someone to black in the exterior and i will complete the inside. With that being said after pricing everything out and based on my budget i pretty sure i will be building a wooden structure, i can get the same sq ft as metal building for 8k cheaper.
My budget is 30k or less and i am looking at 800 sqft hope this helps

Metal building to live in doesn't start to be cheaper until around 1800 square feet.
The whole point is simple construction and huge rooms.

Around Clio? River is pretty in that area.
Call John Smith Town and Country Builders
1-601-918-6083. He’s out of Brandon MS. He built 3 barns for me in the Felicianas and has done many around this area. Just finished a big pole barn for a friend around Crosby, MS. Great builder and can build whatever you want and as much or less. He will build the shell if that’s all you want or do the buildout as well. He also fabricates his own metal trusses which are really nice.
He also is cheaper than anyone else.
