Any reliable contractors around Nola?

Might be wrong board -
TLDR: Any reliable contractors in the Nola area?
Reliable means:
- The project manager comes to the walkthrough with a pen and paper to write down project needs.
- The PM communicates identified needs in writing via email prior to working up a bid.
- The client gets to approve needs in writing via email prior to bid.
- The bid includes email communications and details on the project.
- Subs are scheduled and actually show up, or client is informed if subs cancel (cancellation is understandable/acceptable, just not when it’s not communicated at all)
- Subs are not a complete trash show - clean up and actually show pride in their work.
I’m from a smaller city where contractors and subs have some sense of honor and pride in their work.
I haven’t found the right company in Nola that has the same work ethic.
TIA

Let me know what fairytale land you came from that this didn’t happen a lot on projects

The good ones got tired of having all their shite stolen out of their truck while they are inside working, so they left.

Lol. This is what I figured. Seems like no one in construction has a moral compass these days.

And now the ethical people actually existing and not being in the industry makes sense.
I would leave, too, if I had to continue reporting stolen equipment.

It’s more of the “just let the client know” part.
Cancelling is reasonable and expected. No communication about it seems unreasonable and a bit rude.
The clean part - I mean just not disgusting like having piss bottles behind drywall to eventually be sealed. That’s gross.

We talking residential or commercial?

Commercial at the moment.
For residential - I’m keen to just hire a one man carpenter or something at this point for small renovations. I’ve had great experience with generational carpenters who show incredible pride in their work.
They cost more, yes, but for quality, it’s worth it.
