Bats in chimney

Pretty certain I have bats in the chimney. Damper is closed for the season. Is this something to be concerned about at the moment or will they likely move on before winter time?

We have chimney swifts here too.

They shite a ton. And non stop. Need to get them out. I had a guy come put in some one way bat cones. They left one night to feed and couldnt get back in.
