I need to get an automatic pool cleaning robot for the pool at our new house.

Unfortunately our pool isn’t near an outlet so it needs to be cordless

I am considering the Aquasense Beatbot Pro

Finch, did you end up getting the aquasense pro? Trying to decide between that and the Aiper scuba 1. Can get the scuba 1 and skimmer for half the price but do like the idea of just one unit.

Curious why people have these instead of the good ol Polaris 360 or 280 or whatever? Seems overkillish. Before I coated my plaster I would have to suction side vac a few times a year (maybe once now) but needing a fancy robot makes me think there is a bigger issue at play.
