Best tree for yard borders in south Louisiana - any suggestions?

Was going to alternate this type of tree with some bald cypress trees in either side of the yard between my yard and the neighbors yard every 15-20' or so. Bonus points for anything with pretty fall foliage, but that's not required really. I'm even okay with evergreen.
We have a home on a larger lot and we can handle some width eventually as the tree matures. We are looking for a tree that can handle south Louisiana's weather but doesn't grow TOO wide (Live Oaks would be too big eventually). I'd like something that can eventually grow pretty tall.
I could probably even put up with a pine if there was a variant that was resistant to those beetle infestations that seem to be killing so many of them. Does that exist? Pine can be trimmed eventually if there were ever interference with the cypress trees I want to plant.
We already have some massive Magnolias and don't want anything like that.
Any suggestions? I'm in the Baton Rouge area.

Maybe a golden rain? Can reach 30' high according to google. Not native though but pretty foliage

Sycamores do well around Southeast GA.
Camphor trees aren't native but get huge in our environment.
A pecan tree will get wide af but not until your grandkids are old.
For smaller stuff, something like a Japanese magnolia or a loblolly bay tree would top out around 40-50'. Hollies, Maples, and sassafras are other great options.
If the LSU ag site isn't enough inspiration, you should also be able to grow any FL natives from north of Orlando.

I wouldn’t do pine unless it’s ALL pine and far away from structures. Great way to get free pine straw for your beds. Wish I had the space for some.
