I’m assuming it’s grease. Should I call and get a new one or run some cleaner through it? Anyone ever experience this?

Do you have kids? Crayons do this FYI, dryer melts them and they get on the drum and then it gets on the clothes.

Black marks on clothing may be the result of the collar or cuff rubbing between the dryer drum and drum slides. This may occur if the dryer drum slides are worn or a felt seal is mispositioned or defective.

My dryer left light brown 2-3 inch lines on some light colored clothes. It was the felt that needed replacement. But, it’s strange that your dryer is new.

Curious if you. Ot ice the streaks after washing or after drying.
