Brush killer- which would you choose?

My home used to butt up against forest until a couple years back a house went in next door. The side yard is untamed madness consisting of baby oaks, baby pines, a shite ton of weeds....brush.
I sprayed some mainstream stuff last year and it really didn't do anything of note. Want to step things up a notch and kill this stuff down to the roots. Looking through reviews, it comes down to two products. Not sure which to choose due to the different active ingredients.
Which of these concentrates would y'all choose for typical Southern brush clearing? This stuff is all Greek to me.
ETA: Some of this stuff is close to good grass, so I'd prefer not to use something that will also kill grass.
Option A:
Crossbow Specialy Herbicide from Southern Ag
Active Ingredients:
2,4-dicholophenoxyacetic acid, butoxyethyl ester -- 34.4%
Triclopyr BEE -- 16.5%
Other ingredients -- 49.1%
Option B:
Brushtox
Active Ingredients:
Triclopyr -- 61.6%
Other ingredients -- 38.4%

I use Remedy, which is apparently the same as the Brushtox. works for me.
can take a while on sweetgums but it'll get there.

Option B if you have tree type things you want to get rid of. Option A if it is just leafy greens.
Or both and fire

And, of course, these are the most prevalent thing growing. Damn things are incredibly invasive.
I sprayed with Brushtox last night....the waiting game has started.
Thanks y'all.

RM 43 is all I use. Stuff is growing back in one month with regular Round Up.
