Carport privacy barrier

The world can see right through the carport and see all going on in the backyard. I can't seem to come up with a legit plan to screen the view - just so-so ideas. Cement floor to work with, 20' wide, 8' high. A garage door would be slick but don't believe it's feasible.

Do you park in your carport?
I've seen a variation of this on some of those HGTV shows.
The 2 variations I have seen are building a privacy fence like this with horizontal boards with 2 swinging gates (reduce the load; especially at 20') at the front of the house for the car to get in and out. Or building it where you have enough depth to get the car in and have a smaller gate (~4' wide) built in for you to walk in and out.

The yard side of our carport is closed in with lattice. Works well.
Here's one shot I had on my phone.

Since you said garage door isn't feasible, I'm assuming viewing inside the carport is OK. A lot of people put up privacy fence/wall on the back or side of carport. You can get pretty creative with design and can be as open (small size lumber with large spaces) or as private (full wall or shadowbox) as you want. It's simply carpentry and DIY friendly.
Just some examples

Maybe some sliding fold flat doors vs an overhead
