My BIL is a master plumber and he told me most plumbers are charging $100 to $150 per hour now days, so figure a minimum of a couple hours of labor, assuming no complications, plus any parts/materials that will be required.

I think CrawDude has the right answer.
Also, see if there are any other plumbing issues to be addressed while he's out there. Slow drains, leaky toilets, etc. Cheaper now than an call back down the road.

They’ll probably give you a per fixture price

Call a handyman. You don't need a licensed plumber to do this.

This is the correct answer----if you can verify the quality of his/her work. Best to ask friends if they've had anyone do plumbing work for them who was not a plumber and go from there.
It really isn't that hard if you have the right tools and don't mind working in tight spaces.

I had a kitchen faucet changed out a few weeks ago and it was $125 plus the cost of the faucet.

I tried and I am a fairly competent DIYer but cast iron sink I was not going to be able to get it out by myself. I generally try to do things myself, but losing an entire Saturday to try and fix a leaking faucet I was at my wits end and it turned out to be money well spent in my opinion. There was no room to work between the faucets and back of the cabinets.

Can attest to this. Have a family member who is a LMP and he is at $125 an hour.
Like already suggested....Get a handyman to do this if you can find someone to recommend you one or do it yourself.
If you do it yourself you MAY need a Basin wrench. You would have to look and see if you can reach connections. If not, then Basin wrenches are cheap.
