I'm looking for as basic as possible. Need a place to park the boat and mower. Can anyone ballpark me a cost?
-needs power. fluorescent light and a few basic plugs
-16 or 18 wide x 28 deep
-needs concrete pad
-single garage door, doesn't even have to have an opener
-exposed/unfinished walls
-hardi board siding, that I can paint myself
-shingle roof
Something along these lines

Dude. Thank you a ton. Thats about as complete an answer as I've ever seen around the interwebz.
Is this from some software you use through your job?

I am an adjuster and this is the software I pay for and use on a daily basis. It has labor, material and equipment prices updated monthly for the entire country. If you have an email address, I can email the entire estimate, it is about 8 pages long.
