Bosch and kitchen aid are kinda the high end ones and they’re great. We just got a Maytag and loved it. I recommend going to a store and physically looking at the machines, you will then know what you want.

Kitchenaid - it's a few (4-6) years old and very quite.

Is that one of them sex dolls?

Because honestly, I would pay more for the around the house cleaning at this point.

KitchenAid is what we have and would recommend after SuperSaint's recommendation.

Bosch is clearly the top answer. But there are no Bosch dishwashers to be had at the moment. I tried. One lesser model has expected date of early June. Majority of models don’t even list a time table for when they’re expected again.

I ended up getting a 3 rack Kitchenaid based on recommendations on this site and lot of older threads over the years. It’s getting delivered on Tuesday. Cant wait.

They are hauling away the Samsung, but I thought about beating it down like the copier on Office Space scene.

We've had Kitchen Aid, GE Profile, Sears until we finally tried Bosch in the first home had built. IIRC, Bosch are the top 9 or 10 models on Consumer Reports fwiw. They are excellent.

I recognize Bosh is all the review site’s recommend these days but we had one for about 3 years and replaced 2 pumps and the rack rusted through. This was about 5 or 6 years ago so maybe they’re better. I think we paid close to $700 for it so maybe it wasn’t their premium model but it sure was crap. It was the quietest model Stine’s had in stock and for about a year it was until it wasn’t. Maybe it was just a lemon but after paying for the 2nd pump I had a bad taste in my mouth. I think 4 or 5 months after the second pump I noticed some rust on the top rack and scratched it a little to see what it was and the damn thing nearly fell apart.... we have had a kitchen aide since then with zero problems.

Goes to show people have problems with every one of them.
We had a KitchenAid in our last house. Super quiet, because it didn’t do a damn thing. Dishes were just as dirty coming out as going in. The super quiet ones use a filter instead of a grinder, and with that hard water in SA it was a losing battle. That still doesn’t explain why it was so terrible though. We hated that thing.
