DIY Hummingbird feeder

I’m trying to make hummingbird feeders out of whiskey bottles. The plugs with the tubes leak. Maybe my search skills aren’t what they should be, I’m looking for something that screws into the whiskey bottle that serves as a dispenser for the hummingbirds.

Do the whiskey bottles have screw on caps or cork?
If cork, could you drill through the cork?
