DIY swing stand with 4x4s

MIL gave us an old bench swing frame that is very low to the grand and honestly falling apart. It's movable but I'd rather dispose of it and build one out of 4x4s, stain it, etc. Would 4x4s be enough? Here is my current plan and what I would imagine it to look like:
3 pieces of 4"x4"x8' treated
4 bags of 50 lbs concrete mix
4 T-brackets
Build frame on the ground, leaving about 1' of post off the edge of both sides. Bury holes for posts at 2' depth. Fill with 2 bags worth in each hole with posts inside. Level out and keep supported over the weekend (not sure what BR weather will do to concrete mix).
Bench swing holds at least adults comfortably. Am I missing anything or should I go about it a different way? My only concern at this point would be that I might need to go with 12' pieces instead of 8'.
Not exact but this is what we would be hanging from it:

I don't know if 4x4 would be sturdy enough
I made on a few years ago with 8x8's because it looks better than flimsy 4x4 posts

same here.
at the very least use a 4x6.
And you might need to go more than 2' in the ground with concrete. Either make it an A frame that doesn't need to be in the ground or go 3' in ground with concrete for a single post.

If I'm going 3 feet I'll probably end up using 4x6x12 and just add another bag of concrete to both sides. A frame isn't an option because it would take up more space than we want to use.

In addition to the hardware shown above I’ve always added springs between thr top of the chain and the frame. Allows for a smoother ride and a little more give

The swing we have comes with springs so we have that. I've also got that metal swing hangar mentioned above.

you need 4x6 posts set the long way otherwise the frame will sway. Gusset the top beam on the outboard side of each post. Do that and you can set them pretty shallow (uplift is not an issue)
get swing hooks/chain/springs and you’re good to go

How would you go about staining treated lumber?

Light coat of semi transparent we have that we've used in our kids swing set

I did that with 4x4s and it held up fine.
