Just bought some of this from domyownpestcontrol. Says it is effective against Virginia buttonweed which I have a lot of. Anyone used this product or have any insight? It’s made by the same company that makes msm turf. Quali Pro I think? I couldn’t afford to get Celsius so thought I’d give this a shot. Already used weed free zone and atrazine earlier this spring and neither really hurt the vbw. Thanks.

Though I never used it, it contains methsulfuron methyl which is very effective on VBW.
I am surprised you didn’t have better success with Weed Free Zone earlier on VBW, as I’ve had very good success, but VBW being a perennial and “tough”, you’ll usually need a repeat spray 3 or 4 weeks later - don’t know if you are doing that, and you’ll likely need to do that with Fahrenheit. You’ll also get better control if you spray when it’s young/small before it flowers.

VBW is a real pain in the neck to deal with. I tried the winter cocktail earlier on, then WFZ by itself a few weeks later, and then atrazine by itself a few weeks after that and it's still there. Some of it may be wilted a little. Thanks for the info. I'll post my results with this stuff when I see how it does.

Like craw said it has MSM in it. It also has dicamba which is one of the active ingredients in Celsius. It should work very well on VBW. The more established the plant the more you'll have to retreat 2-3 weeks later.
