It is non stop, making a noise, like water is running. I tried to mess with it, and i think it might need a new fill valve.
any help?

Well, the front half of your tank is missing. That's your first problem.

Check your flapper.

Yep, sounds like the flapper is not seating properly. Should be easy to fix.

Flapper looks like its closing correctly and covering the hole.
I'll go buy one, and trial and error it. we opened the fill valve and cleaned the gasket thingie in the top of it. so 1 dealio not an issue.

If you lift up on the float, does the water stop?
It's really easy to change out the fill valve which is a $10 part.

I’d just replace everything. It’s like $20. The low amounts of chlorine in the water just erode the plastic and rubber over time, many times it looks good but the plastic or rubber is just in bad enough shape to not seal. A flapper is like $5-10 but once one thing goes wrong it’s worth just to replace everything imo. Otherwise next year it’s the chain, then something else, etc.

Wait, you don't use a bidet? Welcome to the 21st century bro!

Ok, it was the fill valve
But we replaced the flapper(looked bad) and the fill valve and it's perfect.
Might have to go back to the old fill line clip and dealio. New one doesnt pump water thru quickly, so its a slower fill. Old one shot the water out.
Thanx for replies!

Great job!
Make sure you use that/a clip on the tube. Some just place into the overflow tube and that can cause it to siphon.

fill valve
I had one just about stop filling and another making this whistling sound. I had no idea how cheap and easy they are to replace. $25 for 2 and I have two toilets running like new again!
