help me with MSM Turf and/or Celsius on different weeds

I did a little research on the board about what to do with Virginia Buttonweed. I went ahead and purchased MSM Turf. I find this works well on VBW but you need to reapply after about a month or so. Initially I applied it and within about a week I could see the VBW starting to turn purple and after another week or two it pretty much died off. Now I did not do anything with VBW for about a month and when I started checking out the lawn the VBW was coming back in a lot of places. I just now reapplied MSM Turf to the VBW today so I'm expecting to see it dying off in a week or two. Is this normal for the VBW to come back and to make another application of MSM Turf?

I've been seeing doveweed in the lawn and what seems to me to be sod web worms. When I shuffle my feet through the lawn I see little buggie things flying up. I'm now thinking about buying Celcius and applying it to kill the doveweed. Can someone tell me if Celcius can kill VBW, and doveweed, and sod web worms? Obviously it would be easier to use only one type of herbicide on all three weeds I've just described.
