Highly recommend Butch Rea with Rea construction. All he does is remodels and is very meticulous and his subs are always the first on his jobs because he pays them on time.

do not go with someone that you will have emotional attachment to (friendships). Sometimes my employees have great days. Sometimes one might not have such a good day, and he ends up leaving tools out that a kid can throw through a window.
