Like others said, asking a foundation repair company for their opinion is like asking a barber if you need a haircut.

An experienced local Realtor told me he's not concerned about exterior settling cracks unless he can insert his pinky through the crack.

WCK in Denham Springs did an excellent job on our foundation in 2017. National Foundation also did an excellent job beefing up our tilting chimney foundation in 1984.

Yes, I believe he is correct. If you go to change them out, I would paint some Redgard or similar over the crack on each side of the crack before setting the new tile.

Settlement cracking in South Florida is practically unavoidable. Sandy soil. The weight of concrete block walls around the perimeter of the slab. Perimeter walls also bearing a portion of the the truss load. Extreme heat not allowing the slab to cure properly.
