Cost of materials have gone up. About 3 years ago we were at $6.50 a linear foot for 6" seamless. Now we're at $8.50-9 with less margins.

There's not a lot of money in gutters. Most people want 1-2 runs done or 30 feet or so and you're sending/paying two guys out in a work truck that are running your 25k gutter machine for a $350 job. Compared to other trades, gutters are definitely on the reasonable side.
