looking for the most efficient way. I have pressure washed over the years but reading that the under layer remaining causes quick regrowth.

Looking at products like bio-shield, wetandforget, 30seconds, etc. something in a concentrate I can hopefully use effectively in my backpack sprayer.

anyone have any experience/advice? its pretty bad in spots on my black aluminum fence.

Thanks.

I've used 30 Second cleaner on wood and it worked fine.

Just wash fence well after as the bleach could cause corrosion.

I believe a treatment with 1/3 bleach will kill that. After a couple of weeks, a second treatment maybe needed. Try a small area to see how it works.

Wet and Forget will take a while but it works.

My neighbor's shop in December.

After you spray the fence, wash down the grass with plenty of water and you will be ok.
