Does anyone know where I can get a 24x36 HVAC air filter in Baton Rouge tomorrow? Ac is short cycling and want to try that before I call a service person.
I can have these delivered by Monday but need it sooner.

I buy filters by the case from the HVAC supply house (Coburn's.) Only place that stocks odd size filters. 11930 airline hwy.

Just remove filter and see if it’s still short cycling. It may be low on refrigerant and the low pressure switch is opening then closing due to pressure fall and rise.

Could be the thermostat as well. Had a similar issue with an Ecobee unit. Good luck!

Or the condenser coils are plugged, short cycle on high pressure. When was the last time it was cleaned?

Just remove the filter for a while and see if it changes.
