We have several 50 and 75' versions of these hoses from around 2005-2009. We've never had another hose that can compare to the longevity of these. If you are familiar are these still made? Or is there a comparable alternative? The ones we have are still in amazing condition and pop back from a kink with no memory. These were solid black, I assume the new red/black ones aren't the same. These do hang on the north side of our buildings.

I have some and agree with your assessment. I am not sure where you could find them today.

Stanley Black & Decker owns Craftsman, originally from Sears, which is no longer in business. Craftsman still makes tools and they are fine. I have a set from Lowe's that works for any simple house job up to some moderate work. I would never take them to a big job site if I were in the position.
That being said I think you can look at Flexzilla and be fine. I was recommended that brand by several posters when I asked about a hose last year. I love mine so far.
I Googled Craftsman Rubber Water Hose and Ace Hardware and Amazon are the only two places I see that are legit. Up to you but I would suggest taking a shot at Flexzilla.

You ain’t lying about the Craftsman black rubber garden hose. I have two I bought years ago. They sit out in the sun year round. Still going strong.

Continental made them, I have two for my house and one of them is at least 15 years old and still in great shape.

I have three and they're great.
I almost gave one to my son the other day, but now that they are scarce, I have changed my mind.
Checked ACE Hardware and they don't seem to be stocking them any longer.

I can only find them online or at small local hardware stores. The TrueValue here sells bulk water and air hose off the reel, expensive but quality stuff and you can fit good solid brass hardware to it yourself.
