Melancon’s Metal Roofing and Construction did mine. 50’x60’ red steel building. Did everything from concrete to building complete.

What area?
I’ve been talking to B&J Metal Buildings about doing mine. Everything is high AF right now though.

I’m looking for one a lot smaller….30*30*10 with 1 walk through door and 2 roll up doors, but I need a shite ton of concrete though

I should add I completed this building in Nov 2019. I’m sure pricing has changed a lot since.
Melancon’s did a good job. If I could post pics I would. I will say the first thing I did when they finished was acid wash the entire floor, let it dry then put 2 coats of gloss sealer down. Best decision ever, everything wipes clean off the floor or mops up, no stains.

Garrett Dillon. He built a metal building for me in the spring of 2021. I did all the grade and dirt work for my slab. I also contracted all of my slab work out.
I built a 40x60 with a 16x60 lean to. Slab on all of it with footings on slab of lean to also.
Building had 12 ft walls, 4 on 12 pitch, 2 exterior doors, one 10x10 roll up door, 4 windows 3x5, 2 windows 3x3.
4x4 steel post and framing. All welded together. Heavy roll insulation.
I ended up about 54k total in building including the slab. The building was 42 or 43k plus all slab work.
I am in Watson area. Garrett is out of the Kentwood area. His crew did an excellent job!

I had a pretty shitty experience with Reed's Metals Sulphur location a couple years ago, that's all I can offer.

You maybe in for a LONG wait. I don't see prices coming down anytime soon or at all.....not wishing this tho.

Try Walker Metals. They did not build my shop, but I called them about a repair and they referred me to a sub who did great work that same day.
