Can someone tell me the difference? Can I use Celsius now or is that more for hot weather applications? Got some weeds I’d like to take care of

Both are fantastic herbicides. Both cover a wide range of weeds. MSM is cheaper by a long shot. Celsius will cover grassy weeds that MSM won't. You can use either right now.

Can you mix them together?

You can mix it but there needs to be a very specific reason. Lespedeza, spurge, Virginia buttonweed etc. General weeds like clover, dandelion, oxalis, black medic, chickweed and so on just use one or the other.

Combining them will yellow your grass.

I had lespedeza so bad last year it was choking out the centipede in my front yard. Used Celsius first then followed with the combo and it worked great. Thanks
