Can anyone recommend someone very trustworthy and experienced to replace rusted earth anchors on a mobile home in Zachary, LA. This is a very nice mobile home in a retirement community on Main Street. .

I have done this before but never charged for it. If I were you, I would go to a local mobile home supply store and ask them who to use.

Baby, that’s just surface rust. We ain’t getting anything gonna blow them out the ground.

I think mobile home movers typically do that ,if I am not mistaken. Can you not just paint the existing anchors?

Several straps have rusted in two and broken apart and when I gently tapped on the anchor heads to see if it was just surface rust, several of the anchor heads broke off.

The straps rusted in two and several anchor heads broke off from rust.

Wow, that’s pretty unusual, I would think (anchor heads, not straps). That’s going to make it really difficult to get them out of the ground.
