It has no water tied into it. Im assuming it’s defrosting. What can I do to fix this?

If its leaking out of the door it's probably condensation because the seal is bad or dirty. My freezer does this sometimes but nothing thaws out but will leave a puddle in the front of it and eventually a block of ice in the bottom.
If cleaning it doesn't fix it try and replace it. That's one thought of something to try.

It could just be dirty. Check the drain pan under your refrigerator and see if it's full of debris. Defrost-water flows to the pan and evaporates.

there is a drain pan under the unit that collects the water when it defrosts. its thin cheap plastic so maybe it has a crack in the pan, or the drain hose isnt dripping into the pan. maybe moving the fridge cause some issue with the water tray or drain hose
