Any good recommendations for a mildew killer for vinyl siding. I plan to spray down the house as a pre clean and then power spray everything.
Only grass around the edges with no flowers or shrubs.

Jomax. Mix per the label. No need to pressure wash. Hose works fine.

spray jomax or 30% vinegar on with a bug sprayer then gently hose it off

Never tried Jomax, but this stuff works amazing. Or probably anything with the same active ingredient.
They sell it in a spray container that hooks to your hose as well. I usually use that container on my hose to spray this stuff on easy like watering flowers. Let it set 10-20 minutes (most of it will come off just doing this) then come back with a low pressure power washer (I use an electric for it).
Stuff comes right off!

Also 30 second cleaner is good too. That is what I use

Mold Armor with the spray bottle attached to the container is nice. Used it on my house awhile back and took out light amounts of dirt/dust/mold.

I do a 50/50 mix of Jomax and Outdoor Clorox.
