pressure washer solution (cleaner) what's your suggestion?

Once asked the guy who did our restaurant and parking lot. Bleach and Jomax is what he uses.
I broke his formula down to 2½ c of bleach, 3/4c JOMAX in a gallon of water. Very effecitve.

Jomax concentrated mixed per recommendation and sprayed on with a backpack?
Let it soak a certain amount of time ?
I’ve previously used 30 second wash but have some mildew on my cypress posts stained with TWP…I don’t want to make the twp come off just clean the mildew…
Thoughts ?
